SOOO FREAKIN DELICIOUS!!!! Im very particular about my Asian/ Chinese/Korean/Thai cuisine and have traveled and eaten at many  award winning restaurants. Sushi Japon has made my top "5" in Asian cuisine!!!
Steak melts in your mouth like butter and perfectly seasoned, vegetables fresh and crisp, and the soup healed my soul!!!   6 stars if I could.

Very thin pieces of sushi that easily fell apart because of how thin they were. the Wasabi was placed right in the middle of the rolls so it touched almost every piece of sushi. I dislike Wasabi so this was a huge inconvenience as it ruined the taste of both rolls.

My go-to to treat myself. I love the hibachi steak; the medium rare cut is so juicy and tender. It comes with soup, salad, shrimp, vegetables, and rice (which I upgrade to fried hibachi rice). Excellent food and such a great variety in one place!
