I tried the 2 Specialty Cake Slices. The carrot cake was moist and the frosting creamy. The lemon cake was hard and dry like it had been sitting out for days before getting frosted. The lemon curd filling was more sour than tart. Both cakes frosting were very sweet. Portion size was quite large. Quality and freshness questionable.
