The hot chocolate was OK. it tasted like they used a teaspoon of skim milk instead of the heavy cream I use at home. I would rate ita 3 out of 5. The flavors were notvery strong in it either, but itwas warm andwhat I neededon a cold day.

This is the second time I have requested bobas (and paid for them) from this swig and it hasn't come with them. The taste of everything else is deeeeelicious. But for some reason they have a hard time fulfilling the bobas.

The last 3 times in a row that I've order pretzel bites, they've forgotten the cheese. Very frustrating. I also always order NO ICE and they probably only get right about 50% of the time.

For some reason my drink was completely undermixed. All the raspberry is stuck at the bottom. Got a huge clump of it on my first sip, very unpleasant.
