Szechuan in Roseville is a family-owned restaurant since 2009.
Szechuan is named after Szechuan or Sichuan cuisine, which originates from the Sichuan province in southwest China. The complex flavors …
Great food, authentic taste. The Cumin Lamb was excellent and reminded us of food found in western China. The green Szechuan Green Beans were solid but the Spicy Cucumbers were not spicy. Overall great stuff.

This was the absolute best Chinese food that I've had in recent memory. The egg roll was crispy and flavorful. The Black Bean Sauce (Lunch) with fish was savory and the fish was perfectly cooked and tender. The lunch specials were a fantastic deal. I also got the Dan-Dan Noodle to try, which were delicious.

The shrimp with asparagus was 95% asparagus and about 5% shrimp. I would expect more shrimp for a dish that cost more than $20.

This is a fantastic find in the NE metro! We loved the Kung Pao Kung Pao Chicken -- crisp veggies (though not enough sauce as others wrote), the Egg Egg Rolls (2), Cream Cheese Wontons (6). The best items, though, were the handmade Szechuan Dumplings (6). Incredible! We will definitely be back.

The dumplings had a good amount of pork mixture inside, but they were very soggy. I ordered fried dumplings and typically they're more crispy on the outside. I'm not sure if they gave me steamed dumplings instead? I also had the sesame chicken, which was also three out of five stars. There was very little sauce. Typically I get more to mix with my rice, and this had hardly any on the chicken itself. Also, the serving was way too small for the price. again most times I ordered this I would get double or more and can split an easily for two meals or for two people. This one was what I would consider the size of a lunch combo.
I think I'll try a different restaurant next time.
