The Sunrise was a great start to my Monday morning. It's a good portion of food and very tasty. The C juice was refreshing and pleasant as well. Most definitely be ordering from here again!

I like that this place has so many options that I can eat. I usually never have problems ordering from them but this order has been my least favorite. I received the wrong protein balls. I wanted the Dubai Chocolate Protein Ball but received the Nutella ones and they had rolled over inside the bag and smeared. The Brownies were rock hard and so were the Cookies. I know vegan and gluten free desserts can have different textures but this was unexpected with how hard and dry they were. I don't know if that's just how these items are made here or if I received ones that had been sitting out but it's upsetting to find things I can actually eat and they aren't good.

For a place that cater to people with dietary sensitivities, you'd think that they would take more care to reach out to customers when items aren't available and find out what kind of substitutions they might want, and/or to find out if they'd rather cancel the order instead of either just cancelling or subbing in items that folks may or may not be able to eat. I've asked them previously to call in this case and yet again they did not. Their food is great when they have it and when you know you're getting something to eat.
I hope they develop a consistent policy of taking the time to reach out to customers instead of just guessing that they want when items aren't in. I also hope to be able to update this review at a later time with news that they have.

LOVE Java peak. Food is healthy and tastes quite nice. I subbed the red peppers for lentils in the Primal Bowl and its great!

Bowl is not as full as I thought it would be pretty pricey for barely any food in the bowl. I asked for spinach and they gave me a very little amount. I will never order from this place again. I also ordered a dessert I thought they would've had it in a container but they put the dessert by itself in a brown bag by the time I got my dessert. It was melted onto the brown bag. Pretty disappointed.
