Didn't have what I originally ordered (chicken Quesadilla Combo, had to switch to steak), paid extra for nachos with little to no cheese, added Chili Cheese Fries with no cheese on it, Fries are hard and stale. paid extra for a 32oz drink got a can.

Don't get me wrong I love taco bell but the fact they get the orders wrong multiple times that I cannot be refunded for my missed pops 3 times in a row is absolutely terrible. Hopefully they get their act together.32 oz Diet Pepsi®

Waited almost 2 hours for delivery, and the tacos didn’t have beef. Poor quality and preparation overall. If customers have to wait that long, the food should at least be good.
