Our DoorDash order for pickup at Taco Bell was lost. We went in when the app said it was ready and they couldn't find it. They started to remake it. We went back up to the counter after 15 minutes. They said "weird, it's not done yet. Let me check." Another 15 minutes goes by...still nothing. Etc etc. It was 45 minutes after our first pickup time before it was ready. Staff was apologetic, which I do respect and we were given a free soda as an apology. They were understaffed and unorganized. The food was yummy and we had no complaints there. Fries and chicken yummy. Grilled cheese burrito crisp and hot and gooey with cheese. Plenty of food for our family of four.

Taco Bell used to be my favorite fastfood  but for the past few months everything ive ordered has had no equal proportions. All rice or all lettuce never more than a small little bite of sour cream or cheese. Grilled steak and cheese burritos are always flat with hardly any meat.

Everything was fresh and packaged so nicely! They included sauce packets and utensils I didn't think to ask for. They double taped the lid on my cup and stapled the big bag closed to be safe. Also a handwritten note that the straw was in the bag. Tasted great and was made with care even at 11 pm. Someone deserves a raise!

I think they gave me the Pineapple Like Energy Refresher instead of the Tropical Punch Rockstar® Energy Refresca - Medium, but other wise they gave me every item I ordered, everything tasted great so far, everything was still hot and fresh when it arrived, it is great portions for the price, and I would definitely order everything again.
