The quality of the food and care given to the packaging was terrible. The meat and sauce was WAY too salty and the over all flavor was that of cardboard. They made Taco Bell look like Outback Steakhouse.

Just atrocious overall tonight. Ordered bean burritos and added sour cream. No sour cream was addressed to any of the 6 I ordered and some of the burritos had a thin layer of beans added to the tortilla but not truly a bean burrito. The combination burritos barely had any meat in them and the rice was hard and crunchy. Management should be appalled and I would highly recommend NOT ordering from this Bueno store.

I have never had CRUNCHY rice, ever, until today! And the soft shells were hard all around the edges. Terrible dinner!!!

My Beef Crispy BFT was very good, my Combination Burrito was very disappointing
Was not a combo of beef and beans. It was mostly Beans!! Quality Control - NOT!!!!
