Great quality and quantity for the price! The food was fresh and delivered hot.  Taco Express never disappoints with the flavor.

Shrimp quesadilla wasn't that great. It was more like a shrimp fajita and pico mess of a mixture in a tortila. The portion was great and had a lot of shrimp and it wasvery hot and fresh. The description just didn't match what I got. If they would just allow customization in their menus then that would really be helpful. I thought it was going to have cheese and secret sauce and maybe cabbage and Salsa like every other shrimp quesadilla I've ever ordered from other restaurants. Would never order that item again. The Horchata Aguas Frescas was great and it wasn't loaded down with ice.

The enchiladas were my favorite and I just wanted to try this restaurant for lunch. The fries were okay, not necessarily what I like but the flavor was there and I imagine someone would love it. Churro...top notch !

No flavor on shrimp, except gritty dirt, fajita steak super bland and steak and shrimp are maybe (and I'm being generous,) 2 inches long and less than 2 centimeters thick, think crumbles, but if you like Bell pepper and onions, you're in luck, because thats exactly what you're getting most of. (Shocking side note: It's a filler.) So you get, 1 spoon of beans definitely frozen and reheated (sour taste), 1 spoon of rice, 4 hard flour tortillas, 4 bland dirty shrimp, 4 pieces of 1 inch x 2 cm bland chewy steak, 4 pieces of chicken the same way (definitely more flavor than steak and shrimp though,) 1 tbsp bland guacamole, 1 tbsp of off (sour,) tasting and watery pico and watery shredded brown lettuce, for the low price of almost 17$ (tax included.) Pass on this meal. Also, Carne Asada tacos...sigh...same on blandness, and their corn tortillas are super poor quality. Crumbly, chewy and like eating an eraser with a very faint corn taste. This place is going downhill.
