1. The tortilla strips were not inside the Nacho Crunch Beef Burrito, instead it was a disgusting stale HARD SHELL broken into pieces inside a soft shell. VERY VERY STALE. You can't substitute like that. People don't order specific items to be given a horrible DIY fix from a restaurant. Absolutely the most disgusting thing I have ever eaten from there.
2. The Bean Burrito had ZERO tortilla strips, not even the stale shell. It was just beans and onions inside.
3. The potato olés were hard like they were overcooked.
4. You know what tastes good with tacos? Sauce. Ordered sauces, but they had to top their bad cooking by ignoring it. This location used to be good, it is NOT worth the money anymore.

A week ago son and myself ordered from here when the delivery arrived they didn't send are drinks and my food was gross I had crunchy chicken and potato, the only thing asked was No Lettuce and more Sour Cream. Well when I looked at my Burrito all that was inside was chicken NOTHING ELSE. This is the Third Time, The Staff at Cambridge Store Messed Up Orders for us!! So from here on in we are ordering from Taco Bell they haven't messed up are ordering whether we deliver or pick up.

I Absolutely love this taco John's and everyone that's works there, Good quality food and a great atmosphere. Always smiles when I come in and very quick service.

Not very satisfied with our recent order. Potato Ole's were obviously left in the fryer for too long. There was ni lettuce or tomato in our soft tacos. We pay more for less product and service that is terrible. Our dasher was awesome though.

Boss bowl has very little chicken in it. Kids Chicken Tenders, tenders are small and potatoe oles are very well done.
