Sadly this location failed to match the Eggert location. The spicy Tonkotsu contained no spicy and no flavor. Broth tasted like water with a little milk in it. Honestly the worst ramen I've had anywhere. Just boiled noods and bland pork chunks. Eggs were hard boiled. Smoothy was pretty frozen and low on flavor despite 2 selected flavorings. Avoid this location and drive down the road to Eggert location where everything is always flavorful and tasty.

I've ordered from the other location on Eggert and never had an issue. I know this is a newer location but my order was missing ingredients and there was barely any ingredients in the bowl I ordered.

They included half the amount of broth than usual. Not enough to cover the noodles in the bowl. Super disappointing

Missing second key ingredient — red bean. Requested less sugar but still should have had some matcha flavor to it. This is their newer location but it seems that as a whole, they’ve gone downhill with quality and consistency. Never know what you’ll get or Not get.
