You know quality sushi once you've tasted it and Tamu delivered on this. I chose the Maguro Don, and the tuna slices were glistening with freshness; every bite was absolutely delicious! The side of kurobuta miso soup was such an interesting twist to the traditional miso soup, and I enjoyed it thoroughly with the seaweed salad. Also, I loved their take on the tamagoyaki. Instead of the usual rolled omelette, it was more like a Japanese cheesecake! Next up was the Spicy Sake Maki...again, the salmon was robust in flavor without that fishy aftertaste - one of the best maki I've had by far! Will definitely order again from Tamu!
