Ordered from this place 3 times now and they always give me a milk tea when I explicitly put (lactose free) or order a normal tea. The milk teas are good, and im not lactose intolerant, but 3 times now is kinda ridiculous.

If you're daring enough to select the "no ice" option, be ready to receive a cup 1/4 empty
Try this elsewhere.... And you get more product for your dollar
Owners / management, best of luck. People will catch on, and won't hesitate to look at another boba shop

Black Sugar Assam was very bland in taste and sweetnesz and the House Milk Teajust tasted like sugar, didn't have any actual flavor to it.

I ordered 4 separate products of 3-piece macaroons that were shown on the product page in cute plastic containers . I planed to give each of the 4 products to people as a gift. But what I got was an 8-pack of macaroons (in a long plastic tube thing) + 2 little white bags of 3-macaroons each. Literally not what Iordered, so annoying .
