Best cookies ever my favorite flavor was the pumpkin spice flavor. I can't wait for it to come back again next year.

My gluten free cookies looked like they were ran over by something. They didn't even look like chocolate chip cookies. They were also paper thin and I couldn't pick them up without them falling apart. Just terrible quality.

Cancelled part of my order that was out of stock and didnt bother to contact me for a replacement options. The dasher delivered the one item they had, which means I paid 21 dollars for one cookie.  Not happy at all.

So they substitued a $10.95 ice cream sandwich with a $2.95 sprinkle cookie without even a phone call asking if I would like something else lol I dont even like this cookie...very poor customer  service, I work in the industry and I call all my guests with alternative before I make them pay for something I dont enjoy. On the app it says they subsituded with a salted caramel  pretzel ice cream cookie and its a sprinkle cookie???
