Tres leches latte was sooo good! Based on other reviews, I added a shot vanilla and it was perfect (I like sweet).
Breakfast sandwiches with bacon was generous portion. The hubs and teenage son ordered it on sourdough, which comes slightly grilled.
Chocolate Croissant was delicious! Lots of chocolate, would definitely come back!

The latte was good but the avocado toast was super bland. The bread was soggy and tasted old, and there was an obscene amount of tomatoes added on top which I ordered this before and it has a couple of them not a whole ton like today. Also, there was a light smudge of avocado on one of the breads. It just wasn't consistent with previous orders, this one was not good.

Breakfast is very very good. Had Huevos Rancheros, will get again. Cinnamon Roll is large, fresh and tasty. I have been here about 15x and have yet to try something i have not loved.
One of my favorites are their shortbread cookies. No one makes them quite like them. Get at least 2, 1 is a tease. ;)

First time I've tried this place, & I wasn't disappointed. The vanilla Latte with vanilla & oat milk was delicious & the croissant was buttery and light. Perfect set for the morning. I would definitely order again. Thanks!

The Cinnamon Roll was tasty. The coffeees were delicious.
The #3 Breakfast Sandwich, though, felt small and expensive. If a foot long bahn mi can be $6-8, a sandwich like this can be cheaper than it is. IDK, maybe we're paying for a really fancy front of house or something.
Overall I'm pleased, but my wallet is not.
