I really like the Dark Chocolate Ice Blended® drink it's probably my favorite blended mocha from anywhere. also the Croissants|Chocolate Croissant is really good too especially warm

All of the items in my order were so bad and it isn't the first time. I ordered two of the pineapple energy and they came looking like black tea with some type of powder sitting at the bottom. They did not look how they're supposed to. I ordered an iced hazelnut latte and it looked so white that we couldn't tell if it was a cup of milk or the latte.

I've never gotten a bad drink from here ever, they are by far the best coffee place there is. I've tried the Ultimate Cold Brew Ice Blended drink and I really really like it, it's like a chocolate chip latte it's delicious, I kinda hope they keep it year round. the Mocha Ice Blended® drink and the Caramel Ice Blended® drink are also consistently delicious 😋

I liked the Sandwiches & Wraps|Caprese Sandwich and Cakes & Cake Pops|Strawberry Cake Pop but not the Mango Ice Blended® drink, it didn't taste fresh for this hot weather, I was expecting an icy thick frappe consistency with more mango flavor.

No complaints about the food, but the service is something they need to work on with regard to online/door dash orders/pick up. They are not organized whatsoever. I placed an order via door dash and a time for pick up. I should be able to be in and out. This has happened a few times. I understand they are busy but, staff should identify in house orders from online/door dash orders. Customers picking up online orders should be in and out. I stood waiting 5 minutes trying to get staffs attention just to pick up a bagel. They need to have a better system.
