The egg white bites were really greasy and rubbery. The coffee was delicious, but the food was less than desirable.

Order was not complete. When I called and mentioned our order was missing a drink, they said oh it's here. No apologize or anything. When I went to pick it up, they didnt greet me or say anything. Just just handed me the drink. No words were exchanged. Extremely disappointed with their customer service. I have been a regular customer to this Coffee Bean for over 2 years and just recently there has been a significant decline in their customer service.

Drinks were good. Would have appreciated a little hotter. Learning lesson to say extra hot. took longer than the projected time, so dropped a star.
