The coffee vault drinks are always amazing. The lotus drinks are my favorite.

First time getting one. Thought it would be fresh and with bunch of icing like photo when ordering. Very disappointing. Had to throw away. And coffee doesn't have any flavor like stated.

It surprised us how bad this was. The two bakery items were extremely cold and stale. My sugar-crazed kid wouldn't even touch them. The iced drink was tepid with no ice in it. The frappe was flavorless. Nothing looked like the photos. Don't even bother with this place.

I paid extra for it to be frapped for a gift for my dad and it was just iced. He said it was good!
