The hot lobster roll was filled with lobster crumbles. Not any whole pieces. It was so over cooked that it was rubbery. Definitely not worth $35

So I was very hesitant to order from here, given the plethora of bad reviews they have received since the change of ownership.
I'm glad I took the risk because the PHILLY STEAK SANDWICH and FRENCH ONION soup was spectacular!
everything was well made and flavorful, right down tothe fries and coleslaw.

paid 40 dollars for a finger sandwhich. not including sides. just the sandwhich itself was 40 dollars. and it was about 4 inches of sandwhich. just get a pizza if you're hungry

I paid for extra bacon on a turkey club & all I got were thick giant pieces of cold toasted bread with a total of 2 pieces of bacon & barely any turkey or tomato & no mayo on the entire club! I dont even want to eat it its so bad. Never mind paying over $20 for what?? And I paid extra too for nothing! Unacceptable! I deserve a refund easily. Beyond disappointed as I order here a lot & its definitely not consistent but this was my last straw
