It was the most delicious burnt end sandwich I have ever had. Not too much sauce the meat spoke its peace. The bread was toasted perfectly. The cheese had enough melt. I think this is the best sandwich I've had in years! I'm a bbq gal. Grew up in the industry. This is legit! Will recommend and am becoming a lifelong supporter.

Didn't realized this was just Dennys. Ordered the burnt ends one and the beef with caramalized onions and they both were disappointing. Barely any meat, the bread was tough practically no cheese. The fries were decent but not good enough to save the meal. Very disappointed

Ordered the hot mess, and sadly I was disappointed. The sandwich definitely didn't look like the picture, there was barely any meat to cover the whole sandwich,just enough for the middle. The meat wasn't bad but it didn't have much BBQ sauce so it was dry. Disappointed.

the meat was not cut up. 4 big chunks of meat that just fell out when you first picked it up. had to cut it up myself. onions were not sliced. just big chunks. I had the sandwhich many times and have never had a problem

Both the fries and grilled cheese which is the easiest thing to make properly were undercooked. No not just cold from sitting too long but straight undercooked. Not to mention it came in a Dennys container. If this is Dennys it should be branded that way not in a way to trick people into buying bad food. Will never order fron here again.
