I have never eaten the sandwich before but it was so delicious and I love it. I'm very picky and this was a great sandwich!

Sandwich was alright, meat was dry. Fries were barely cooked and soggy. Onion rings were crispy but there was a watery inside.

Sandwich was okay , we did DoorDash so can't expect it to be perfect. What wasn't so great was getting 7 fries in the combo. Not even a handful. We had 2'orders and they both had barely any fries in each box.

Hot Mess Melt was very geasy and the roast pieces were mostly gristle. So disappointed and could not eat it!
