I surprised my husband and sent this to him for lunch. He loved it. He said the carmalized onions and cheese were melted perfectly and the sandwich was not too wet or greasy. It was grilled perfectly. He really enjoyed the Hot Mess Melt

Food overall was very tasty but inside meat and cheese portions were skimpy. Sandwiches were served on delicious Texas style toast and meat was well seasoned, but both would have benefited from more of everything, more meat, more cheese, more etc. The sides portions were also very skimpy, the fries very bland and just ok, but the onion rings were delicious, just wish there was more of them.

the sandwiches are tiny! not worth the price at all!
Hot Mess Melt barely had any meat on it and the slices of bread are the thinnest I've ever seen, might as well be a cracker.
Classic Meltdown diabolical work, I've never seen such a sparse and tiny grilled cheese. there's practically nothing on it!!
Don't waste you time, money, or anything else, this place is not worth it. over priced and under delivered.

The Hot Hot Mess Melt was an onion sandwich with maybe at most 1.5 teaspoons of meat. it was a good onion sandwich but that's all it is- I had one slice of cheese but it didn't cover the slice of bread

The restaurant is a very short distance from my home and yet the food was cold
The "Cucumber Salad" is just homemade rellish and cannot be eaten like a normal salad or slaw.
I received very few fries for the meal. You get more fries in a value fries from Jack than you would here.
They ran out of part of my order but still confirmed the order.
