I recently tried the GiddyUp, and it was fantastic! The bread was perfectly toasted and had a great crunch, Cheese was super melty, which i love! Each bite was a delicious blend of melted cheese with just the right seasoning. The portion size was generous, and the fries were DELICIOUS. Overall, it was a delightful meal that I'd happily order again!

The bread was tough and hard to chew. Very little meat on the sandwich. Poorly packaged, I had to dig through the fries to find the sandwich. Will not order again.

So disappointed! The pics looked awesome and when it was delivered, I couldn't believe what was sent. The brisket was way over cooked and dry, and for a sandwich that is expensive- there was about 5 small chunks of burnt meat on bread with some sauce and one pickle chip. The Hot Mess combo was also very dry. The child's grilled cheese was only half a sandwich and completely unappetizing. I really wanted to try something new locally, but this place should be ashamed to sever people this and call it food, especially for the cost. I expected a place called "The Meltdown" to use enough cheese to actually melt on the food. Would you eat what is in the pics? I feel like I should get a refund, as this costed a lot and not one thing we ordered was worth it at all! I hate posting these but really???

I've ordered Hittin' Snooze Melt - Combo a number of times. It used to be excellent, but now it's just so-so. They've cut back on the maple butter and don't brown the toast as much as they used to. It's also thrown together with everything falling out. Last time I ordered they left out the fries. Not sure it's worth the expense, anymore.

Wish the fries were a bit crispier and not so mushy. The sandwich looked nothing like the picture with lots of melty cheese. Honestly don't think there was more than one tiny slice of cheese. Flavor was okay, but would've loved lots of cheese considering that's what the business is based on. Not worth $21 for a sandwich and fries. (Including delivery)
