I love the food always hot on point with flavors and taste I hate that when it's delivery the parchment paper makes the bread so soggy on the one side that's face down though wonder if you could use something else to keep it crispy grilled

The qaulity has reduced significantly. The bread for sandwiches used to be like Texas toast but is now basic sandwich bread. The amount of sandwich filling is reduced simply because the bread is smaller. The last two times I've ordered the Breakfast N' Bread Melt I selected no mayo and got sandwiches with a significant amount of it.

So disgusting delivered. Bread tasted old. Never had it in store but definitely not worth it for the money it was hard and the the meat tasted cheap. No wouldn't order again.

I ordered the Hot Mess Melt - Combo and it was good but it had mushrooms on it when there was no mention of mushrooms. I'm not allergic or anything but I dont like them so I had to pull them off. But the real issue was the fries. They were super undercooked and I actually had to finish cooking them in my air fryer before I could eat them. I don't think I would order from here again.

I was very disappointed with the food, the taste of it, the portion of the meat. Felt like I literally wasted $15.
