Absolutely horrible service!! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. The veggie sandwich was pitiful, very little veggies inside, AND the lettuce wilted with a bad tomato. Left out my cucumber salad. I would've been ashamed and embarrassed to send out such poor quality food-esp. since it costs as much as it does for a sandwich.

Food was terrible and there was very little of it. brisket was overcooked and tough. Charged $16 for a $10 at best meal.

How this place has a rating above 0 is beyond me... just read the other reviews same story Ordered their signature sandwiches, I got a grilled cheese and terrible pulled pork in the middle of soggy white bread... This place need to change up staff or go out of business.

It took over an hour & half to get my order. I even had to call & see how much longer it was going to take to get my food, since they kept changing my delivery times.When I did on one order the fries were cold, then sandwich was burnt & hard as a rock. It wasn't worth the $30.00 I ended up spending on this order. I have ordered from here multiple times before & have never had this problem. I don't know what happened this time, but I won't be ordering from again for a while.
