Never had a problem with buying food from this franchise, but the burnt ends brisket was tougher than concrete damn shame who overcooked the meat to it turned that hard

my whole order was cold my fries were nasty and chewy it took forever for them to deliver. It was supposed to be a nice Friday night off without cooking dinner I wasted 65 dollars and I still had to cook dinner
