Hot Mess Melt - Combo was delicious! Soft and crunchy, just like it should. The onion rings were not bad either. I would order this again.

The quality has gone down recently. There's hardly any meat on the overly crunchy, hard bread. For $14, there better be more than 4 chunks of burnt ends. The cheesecake dessert thing is a total fail. It was burnt bread with very little cream cheese mixture and about 3 strawberries.

Half of the Feeling Groovy Melt had no chicken and was only cheese and bread. The Tiny Turkey Melt was cold and clearly not a melt. I ordered 3 separate orders of fries, and they just gave me one container of them. Its unfortunate because they used to be better than this.

The melts and fries were delicious! The cucumber salad, not so much. I was confused by it coming in 5 small containers. For sure not worth $3.50. But we will order from here again. I'll just get the fries instead of the salad.

We literally ordered a couple of days ago and it was so good! Tons of bacon, meat, and avocado! Tonight we ordered the same thing and it was a sad sandwich! Barely any bacon, no mayo, and hardly any avocado. Our other sandwich was missing barbecue sauce, meat was definitely sitting for a while. Very disappointing. Maybe it was the time of day, idk.
