Ordered the hot mess, it was good but the sandwich ordered without onions had much less beef. We didn't receive salad. The order of fries was literally 15 fries for $3.25. A bit disappointed and unsure if I'll order again.

The hot mess is terrible
Too many onions
Very little meat and cheese
It's basically a very greasy onion sandwich

This is long so that's annoying, but here it goes.
I realky wanted to love this place and I'm actually extremely disappointed to be making this review, I will only ever go out of my way to leave a review on places that really impressed me, that I really like and continue going back to time and time again OR on the flip side of that coin, places that have out done themselves with poor quality or service in such a way that it leaves a bad taste in my mouth.
And I have had a VERY inconsistent experience with this restaurant, and this last time not only was it inconsistent but the meat that was almost non existent, looked absolutely disgusting, like mush scraped from the bottom of the pan, no onions, no cut and it was an absolute slab of greese.
I have ordered from here SEVERAL times now, because my husband works late and he was sick of Taco Bell. We really liked the Hot Mess Melt , (when it came the way it's supposed to.) we tried the strawberry cheesecake sandwich which was honestly just so gross that I couldn't even finish it, and I ordered it TWICE because I really wanted to give this place a chance (dumb I know).
So here we are.
The onion rings ARE good. Some of the best onions rings I've had in a while. No complaints there. And the sandwiches are pretty good when they are made correctly, including the ingredients and serving sizes they say they will, but with how many times we have ordered this place and have gotten poorly made sandwiches or sandwiches with missing ingredients etc, it's not worth ordering at all anymore.
This place isn't cheap and we order late at night so my husband can have something to eat when he gets home at 2/3 o'clock in the morning, so it really does suck that it's so inconsistent here, if Taco Bell can do it I'd expect a much more expensive place to as well especially when you're spending upwards of $50 EVERY time you order.

First, we were excited to learn of a new spot called The Meltdown. It's not a new spot...the food is from Denny's. The receipt and the containers all say Denny's and includes a sticker to order from dennys.com. The Meltdown menu says all the sandwiches have cheese...hence 'meltdown'. Wrong, mine had no cheese even though it was supposed to. A meltdown should have cheese! The pictures on the online menu make the food look great...it's not! Not only is this food horrible and nothing like the pictures show, but they should be sued for false advertising as they did not disclose that it was a different business. Two dry sandwiches and 4-5 small onion rings for each is not $70 worth of food. The dessert was supposed to be this amazing looking strawberry cheesecake melted on pound cake...nope...it's a slice of cheesecake on soggy pound cake. We literally just threw the entire meal...$70...in the trash. So disgusted and disappointed.
