Mac + Cheese was surprisingly good, but the star of the show was The Smith Bar Steak and the Roasted Tomato Soup . this place is pricey for the portions, but when I get to treat myself. it is SMITHS for dinner

Kale salad with grilled salmon is my regular order from The Smith. After receiving it one time with the salmon rather overdone I requested it as Medium Rare the next time. It was really underdone, so I have not requested this again, but apparently this remains on my profile and I continue to find the salmon almost raw. I can fix this by continuing to cook it on my oven, but would prefer that it not be this way. How can I fix that? It is an excellent dish in any case.

Although I love The Smith, this $50.00 steak was undercooked. I wish there was a medium well menu option & not just what the chef thinks is proper. I'm bummed out, and kind of grossed out by a bloody center.
