I enjoy barbecuing and was always experimenting with new techniques to smoke meat with my small barrel smoker at home.
In March of 2009, we opened The Smoking Apple in Lindon, Utah.
The Partner was jammed packed with meat and was delicious. The brisket was s tender and juicy Will order again now our favorite BBQ in Utah county.

Dry corn bread, cheap gas station cheese, potato salad seemed store bought, somehow the meat was dry, and craft Mac n cheese. Dont waste your time. It was filling, but the price was def not worth it.

Great price for what you get. Every other similar place is 25-30% more expensive and the food here even tastes better. They are always super fast too.

Small portions for the price. I've ordered from here before and it was fantastic; today, the meat was dry and the sides missing flavor. I'll order again though, because when it hits it REALLY hits.
