Probably the best ice cream I've had in a long time

We have ordered from here multiple times. I don't know what happened, but this order (1/14/24) was horrible. It's like their ice cream scoop changed sizes - we ordered $40 worth of ice cream, but got, perhaps, $10 worth.
Worst experience I've had here, and it's sad to see this at a local business that we used to frequent both in person and via order.

ALL American banana split was good. My cup of ice cream with 2 scoops is about $9.00 and i only received 1 scoop so i got $4.00 dollars worth and payed about $9.00 for 1 scoop that's is literally 4 bites
