they were out of a soup I wanted and one of the muffins so they sent extra soup and muffins and a donut and a nice note explaining why

no safety seal on drinks, straws are often forgotten, don't order the timbits because they'll give you 5 flavoured ones and the rest are plain ones they can't sell in store!

We ordered a 50 pack of timbits to make sure we would get a decent selection since you can't add specific requests. All we got were tons of plain (which, lets be honest, no one ever wants) 5 chocolate, 5 honey dip, and some gross sprinkle covered mush.
