It looks like they may have used spoiled cream in my Original Blend Coffee today, I had to spill it out, unfortunately. Everything else was perfect.

I ordered 4 drinks, and only recieved one with a very wet tray. Dasher says they spilled due to improper packaging. I'm sure it will be resolved, but it was a bummer.

I ordered the pumpkin Pumpkin Spice Iced Capp but the store called and said they didn't have pumpkin so I asked them to give me a Mocha iced capp instead and the lady confirmed Mocha and I was fine with that what arrived was a caramel iced capp. I've ordered quite a bit from them but the last few times I've had issues so I won't be ordering again.

The tea tasted like hot water from a pot that previously had coffee and might have had a tea bag dunked in it for less than 5 seconds. Coffee however was fine.
