when you door dash they litterally NEVER give you a straw for a cup that very clearly needs a straw and this has happened 20+ times, they burn the edge of the bread to a total black crisp and their food quality just seems lower than other tim hortons locations

Ordered a French Vanilla and a Farmer's Breakfast Wrap. The breakfast wrap was great but in stead of my French Vanilla I got a regular coffee...very disappointed
