Original Blend Coffee and Orig Iced Capp®inal were not good today. Coffee tasted burnt and ice cap was melted with a weird taste. Food was good and well packaged.

It’s concerning that the item(s) I ordered were substituted without my confirmation—especially with a product containing peanuts. This poses a serious safety risk. Additionally, the tamper-proof packaging appeared to be handled carelessly. Situations like this highlight the important difference between attentive service and a lack of care.

the wrap didnt have much sauce in it very dry and the churro drink and vanilla ice cap tasted like sour cream had to toss it
