No customization for coffees, not enough cream and sugar supplied, coffee tasted burnt, timbits were half plain and the box was soggy because it was placed on top of coffees, almost no sauce on wraps.

Icecap didnt taste normal and wasnt even full as seen in photo (only had 1 sip) . I was not impressed with my order today.
