cookie was fine, fritter was fine. Boston Cream Donuts was disgusting. More icing in the bag than on the donut. Little to no creme inside it. Coffee is good, but why is a straw so hard to come by?

This chain and specifically this location has been terrible lately. One cream in an iced coffee is now like a milkshake. I ordered two of the new chocolate raspberry croissants and they are pathetic missing almost all of the cream filling...and at $4.00 each be for real. I used to order from here every other day now I rarely do because of the inconsistency- so back to my boycott...I hope someone reaches out to me from this place because I'd like YOU to see the picture of what was given to me. Unacceptable.

Okay whomever made my Grilled Cheese Panini on Saturday 4/26/25 deserves a raise. This was cooked perfectly ! This was the first time I have ever gotten one that has been cooked crispy. Usually they are floppy and the cheese isnt even melted. So good today.

ordered 3 times from William and Harlem store. First order was completely wrong; second one was a croissant breakfast sandwich with one slice of bacon cut in and the third was the same croissant with a small amount of bacon crumbled in the center. Stay away from this establishment.

Constantly out of items or they just dont bother to give them to you which happens 8/10 times. Once in a while they will automatically refund something they are out of but mostly they make me contact DD and tell them it's missing. Not cool. Also the dasher shouldnt have to wait there for 20 mins for an iced coffee with cream and an untoasted bagel. The most uncomplicated order ever....but when actually give you the items they are delcious and made correctly.
