My Original Blend Coffee arrived hot and perfect but my plain Bagel arrived terrible.The cream cheese I requested was melted into the bagel.It was put on right after toasting. Nasty and terrible.

The food is generally good!
The one complaint I have is when they shove specialty donuts like the Boston Cream Donuts with the Fifa design in a bag upside down - why do that? it ruined the design, which was the point of the donut.
And the two are now stuck together so no hope of salvaging the design on either.

I received a leaking coffee cup, what looks like 3/4 of a hash browm , in my doughnut, was wrapped up in a way where all the icing was taken off.

I ordered some Hot Chocolate for me and the kid im babysitting and I was pleasantly surprised that it is still super hot. I was worried I would have to reheat all of my items but everything still great, fresh, hot and tasted great.
