$40 for over half the order to be wrong.. also the quality is always 50/50.. I'm not sure how you can mess up pre-made hot chocolate but it's almost always watery. The donuts are always wrong & wrong amount but sometimes just sometimes you'll get lucky and your order is 80% correct and it reminds you of the old Tim
Hortons.

I ordered 30 assorted TimBits to be delivered. All 30 were smashed into a 20 piece container. Also not one chocolate out of thirty. Ugh!!

Improper packaging on pastries. My donut was face down in th bag without any sort of wrapping so more than half of the icing was stuck to the bottom of the bag & my Caramel Iced Coffee wasnt made with the correct amount of sugar cane syrup & cream. Inconsistent across all stores

I paid $ 7.00 for double meat, sausage & bacon I got little pieces of bacon, this store stinks.

Well they did mess up o e item on the order, but it wasn't too bad. Food was fresh and tasty, and the coffee was good as always
