I enjoyed the crispy chicken loaded bowl was really good. it was the barbecue one. and of course my tea was great. but no donut although I ordered one and I paid for one. I didn't get one so that's why it's one less star. staff should double check on what is in each orders bag just to make sure

I buy a Tim's tea every single day, and so I can taste the difference between milk and cream, especially considering I'm intolerant to cream, and I couldn't even get through 1/8 of my tea, I had to throw it away because it was made with cream and not milk.

The bagel had multiple pieces of onion skin baked into it. Have never had this issue before, so likely a fluke, but not very appealing or appetizing. Everything else was great.
