I asked for 2 Vanilla Cream Donuts & received 2 boston cream donuts. The pudding in those is hard for me to swallow. If you didn't have Vanilla Cream Donuts , a courtesy call would be appreciated so I could order something different & that I liked.

I did not receive my complete order.. missing a Sausage Breakfast Sandwich. When I called was told had to come in and either get refund or sandwich but am housebound and dont drive so no way thats possible. Second time I was shorted on an order

Bagels didnt have Bluberry. ordered 1/2 dozen donuts, didnt have any. whenever we orderfrom this store they are always out of something. I wish I could go to a different Tim Hotorns......
