Original Iced Capp® This is what I ordered and paid for. Instead they sent me an iced coffee and crossed out the iced capp, saying it was not available. They didn't even contact me. Apparently it's okay to charge for one thing and then give a cheaper item.

Every donut and food was out of stock. So even then they took way too long to make the order. I was deeply disappointed because they aren't usually like this.

The item I ordered wasn't available, but Ajay took the time to ask me what I would like instead, and helped the support team with the substitution. Incredible service, it really made my day. :)

Once again items are missing from my order. I have called this location before for the same issue and they don't seem to be able to follow a screen properly to make sure all items are there. WORST location
