I dont know what has happened with the Tim Hortons brand but there is an issue with my orders over 80% of the time. Sadly you can't choose the location you get the delivery from (that I know of that is) to prevent ordering from the same location that keeps messing up.
Maybe the competition Dunken Doughnuts return to Canada will set a quality fire under Tim Hortons to better serve a customer.

I ordered extra bacon on my Bacon Everything Flatbread Pizza and added parm cheese but it only had one tiny sliver of bacon on each slice and they never added parm cheese.

This is the second time my Oatmeal Raisin Cookie or cookies have been missing.So frustrating when you have two small children at home and it's a special treat and it doesn't arrive.

tasted like original roast, when it was suppose to be Dark Roast Coffee . and come to find coffee grinds in the bottom of my cup.
