The worst experience I've ever had. My bagel had no cream cheese. And they decided not to tell me the Frozen Hot Chocolate couldn't be made and instead made me a warm hot chocolate and just threw some ice cubes in it. Horrible. Worst experience ever. Wouldn't order from here again.
