the bacon sandwich was made well. the egg was shaped the way it should be and there was a nice amount of bacon in the sandwich

Bagel not cut or toasted. Chocolate chip muffin and timbits just thrown into the same bag and smashed. Clearly the person packing the order showed very little care. Won't be ordering from this location again as this is not the first time we have had an issue.

the wrap was old and dry, like the meat and hash brown were a bad colour and hard. the bacon sandwich was all lopsided and barely in the muffin and most of the cheese was melted to the bag

Paid $3 more for double shot of espresso ice coffee came with no espresso and so much cream it was a pool of milk disgusting

This is the third time that they have messed up my order. They used a different tea when I ordered for a London Fog and there are also missing items on every order. I can understand if there are no muffins or anything else but even an Original Blend Coffee is missing? It's very disappointing.
