The quality of Tim's food is very consistent. There was an issue when the Dasher didn't keep the pizza flat when he started to leave the store. The manager saw that and made DoorDash send a new Dasher. Then he was kind enough to give me a call and explain the delay. Their customer service is always exemplary like this. Thanks Tim's!!
