Kurogoma Tsukemen (Black Sesame)
Tsukemen is a Japanese dipping style ramen. We make dipping soup thick as a sauce for noodles.
The dipping soup is made from a mix of our Tonkotsu broth, house-made black sesame paste, ground black sesame and our spicy miso paste with ground pork. The noodle is topped with torched chashu bits, marinated soft-boiled egg, bamboo shoots, green onion and yaki-nori roasted seaweed.
