Ordered two hand packedpints via door dash (B3 & cookies n cream) but asked if they could fill 1 pint with the may special, coconut nilla wafer. What irecieved was cookies n cream and mint chocolate chip. This is the second time ordering via door dash when toscaninis has messed up my order. I really have nothing but good things to say about Toscanini's ice cream-- it's my favorite and I love the owners. It might help if the pints themselves were labeled instead of an unlabeled container. I will always return to them for my ice cream (loyal customer alert) but do wish they could organize this portion of their business. 5 stars for ice cream though!

I was supposed to receive 3 pints. In first order I was one short. In second order I received 3 pints but the kind of Ice cream was not what I ordered. Toscanini's ice cream is delicious. Unfortunately the flavors delivered were not anything myself or my company could eat.
The person delivering the food was great. He offered to go back but I had company and there just wasn't time. Also, I appreciate his effort in calling me. I apologize for not answering my phone. I was trying to visit and cook. But I do apologize.
I will absolutely order from them again no matter what happened.
