This was my first time ordering from this restaurant, and unfortunately, it will probably be my last. I was really disappointed with the food. The platter was so overly spicy that all I could taste was heat—I couldn’t enjoy any of the actual flavors. It was so spicy that I ended up leaving the entire platter and all of the rice untouched.
The fish was edible, but it was very bland and lacked seasoning or flavor. It’s frustrating to spend money on a meal that I couldn’t even enjoy.
The one positive thing I can say is that the portions were very generous. Unfortunately, a large portion doesn’t make up for food that isn’t enjoyable to eat. I really think this meal could have been much better.

This is my second time getting this dish because it was so good the first time! The vegetables are flavorful and the portions are Epic. It takes me a while to eat a platter so this lasts me a couple of days. The fish is fresh and cooked to perfection (well-seasoned with just the right crunch). And if you like your food with some spice, this is the dish fo you! Also, the Bissap juice is EVERYTHING.

Worth the money and wait!! The amount you receive is perfect more for your money. Fresh taste Dibi, Fried rice// Djoloff rice and Fataya(Chicken Patty)n definitely my go to. Number one choice! I'll be ordering again today

First time trying African food. It was okay. Fried Plantain were pretty good. Never had them chopped this small before but they weren't dripping in oil thankfully. Would reorder them again. Thiebudieune have mixed feelings on. Everything was fresh except the roasted eggplant. The fish was seasoned well but the inside was dry and bland. Lastly the jollof tasted good seasoning wise, but I don't like small rice, reminds me of couscous couscous which Im not a fan of texture. Also all I could taste was margarine in the rice, too expensive to be using that cheap unhealthy crap. The cabbage was poppin, I would order a dish of it if it were on the menu. I give it 7/10 but probably wouldnt reorder it. Fried Plantain 8.5/10. I will order from here again to try something else, just not the Thiebudieune .
