Smoothie was very refreshing and very flavorful. The sandwich on the other hand...was not the best and its one of my favorite foods to get there. The bread was hard as a rock and the lettuce seemed as if it was going bad. Also the serving sizes needs to be addressed from all tropical smoothie places. The $10/$12 smoothies use to be worth the price but now it's half the smoothie but still the same price?

The GawainIsland Flat could have had less cheese (and I love cheese) and more sauce to bring it together for a better overall flavor. It was just alright. The smoothie, I loved as always.

I usually get the peanut butter smoothie adding spinach or the avocolada smoothie. I also love the chicken Cesar wrap.
